He has hands-on experience in all aspects of residential and commercial development and acquisitions, from site selection and market research to project design, construction oversight, and property operations. This comprehensive understanding allows him to navigate every step of the development process with expertise.

In 2001, Mr. Mardian further solidified his commitment to the industry by founding Maple Creek Construction, LLC. This dedication is further reflected in his impressive list of licenses:
